can't interact with call after previous call hangs up

Status in “dialer-app” package in Ubuntu:

Status in “dialer-app” package in Ubuntu RTM:
Fix Released
Bug description:
build 152 on rtm
I can get the dialer into a state where it's frozen and you can't
interact with it anymore
Steps to reproduce
- receive a call on Ubuntu phone
- switch away to another app, like browser
- hang up from the remote side
- call the Ubuntu phone again
- answer the call
Expected results:
- the dialer-app live call view is shown, can interact as normal
Actual results:
- the dialer-app shows the "Call Ended" screen from the previous call
- the dialer is unresponsive, the hang up button does nothing
- you have to kill and restart the app to recover
