[Bug 1357321] Re: [TOPBLOCKER] QNetworkAccessManager doesn't support roaming on Ubuntu
As far as I know there is nothing left to do on platform-api or NM, and
the issues have already been closed in other bugs; let's just keep the
qtbase task so it's clear where we're at.

Bug description:
scope images load fine in wifi, but not on hsdpa even when there is
good connectivity and browsing works well. Results are return, but
images do not load.
