Actually, the title says telephony service indicator. Why is telephony
taking over?

Bug description:
Fresh install of Ubuntu 14.10. It worked at first, but suddenly the
chat notifications from Empathy are shown in a seperate windows named
telepathy-indicator-service. The usual notifications are still shown,
though.
The new window contains three buttins: Ok, View and Close. None that
work.
Also I can't write to any users in Empathy any longer.
