Happens with greeter profiles, not marked for RTM, will probably get
fixed whenever we sync from Vivid.

  Notification dismissed even though screen wasn't unlocked

Status in “indicator-messages” package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  Apparently anyone can read and activate notifications without being
  able to unlock the screen. With the effect of my missing notifications
  because they are already cleared.

  I would expect that notifications remain until I actually see the
  respective app showing up.
