Title:
  Xorg freeze

Status in “xserver-xorg-video-intel” package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
I believe the report is accurately finding what I'm experiencing.

When attaching an external HDMI cabled monitor to my computer, the
system freezes. This happens on attachment or detachment while booted
  up.

If I connect it before I boot the system, it works correctly.
