[Bug 727655] Re: gdb crashed with RuntimeError in is_null(): Cannot access memory at address 0x40
closing this rather old issue. sorry for not addressing this earlier.
Please could you recheck with the recent 14.04 LTS or 14.10 releases and
reopen the issue if the problem persists?

This crash occurs when importing the glib module in python2.7-dbg in
natty:
$ python2.7-dbg

Segmentation fault (core dumped)
I see no such problem when using python2.6, python2.6-dbg or python2.7
