[Bug 1215686] Re: Some Chinese characters unreadable

 

The Friends app is no more, but this would be useful to test using for
example some other apps in the latest Ubuntu Phone images. Marking
Incomplete since I'm not sure how to test it without given exact steps
using a current image.

A lot has changed, including Qt 5.3.2 release in the latest vivid
(devel-proposed) images, 5.3.0 in the rtm stable images.

  Some characters are unreadable in Twitter and Facebook posts that are written in Chinese.
  I am attaching the screenshot. The rectangles are supposed to be characters.
