The click scope uses lp:pay-ui to do purchases, and in turn, pay-ui uses webservices and webpages from Software Center Agent.
SCA still does not support the PayPal api that can provide mobile web pages, so this bug is about fixing that.

  Purchasing via paypal shows desktop site

Status in Online service used by software center:
  New
Status in “unity-scope-click” package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  Purchased an application and chose to use paypal.
  I was taken to the desktop version of the paypal site which was a bit painful to use. 

  I would expect a mobile view on the paypal site.
