[Bug 1389195] Re: "Fitbit" section in Dashboard goes to a near-empty screen when tapped

I'm not trying to be annoying, but just closing the bug report won't get
the bug fixed. If you need to register a new project for these bugs, do
that; if the project already exists, move this bug report there; or if
that's impossible (bug 1391478), re-report it and link it from here.

Title:
"Fitbit" section in Dashboard goes to a near-empty screen when tapped

Status in “unity8” package in Ubuntu:
  Opinion

Bug description:
  Ubuntu 14.10 RTM r6
  Ubuntu 14.10 RTM-proposed r214

  0. Remove your Fitbit account from the phone if you have one.
  1. Go to the "Dashboard" screen and scroll to "Fitbit".
  2. Tap anywhere in the section, which is quite easy to do by accident.

  What happens:
  * You end up on a "Dashboard" screen that contains only vague text about setting up an account (same as bug 1389192).

  What should happen: either
  * If you have no Fitbit account, the section should not go to a separate screen, or
  * if it does go to a separate screen, it should contain more obvious explanation of the benefit and method of adding an account.
