  constant crash in trying to collect info for recoverable error

Bug description:
  since a few days my phone started producing a 
  /var/crash/_usr_share_apport_recoverable_problem.32011.crash

  i see the timestamp updated multiple times and the matching PID from
  the traceback seems to be cgmanager
