Bug description:
Using current Utopic 14.10.20140715-0ubuntu1
Run the attached file with qmlscene. It sets selectedIndex on
construction. Arguably the ItemSelector should be scrolled such that
this is visible.
(If you disagree, how can we implement this behaviour ourselves?)
