Title:
API layouting documentation needs navigation fixes

Status in Ubuntu UI Toolkit:
  Confirmed
Status in “ubuntu-ui-toolkit” package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
Very recently kalikiana added support for breadcrumb navigation to the
  UI Toolkit API docs:

  http://developer.ubuntu.com/api/devel/ubuntu-13.10/qml/ui-toolkit
  /overview-ubuntu-sdk.html

Some of this involved adding fixes and workarounds to the generated
  qdocs to:

  - Add the top level navigation breadcrumb to the breadcrumbs list
  - Reverse the order in which breadcrumbs are shown (qdoc outputs them in the wrong order)

The layouting documentation needs these fixes added too:

  http://developer.ubuntu.com/api/devel/ubuntu-13.10/qml/ui-toolkit
  /ubuntu-layouts.html

  - Notice the missing breadcrumb to go back to the main "Ubuntu User Interface Toolkit" page.
    - Current: "Layouts - Terminology > Layouts - Introduction"
    - Expected: "Ubuntu User Interface Toolkit > Layouts - Introduction"
  - Notice the next section appearing as the first breadcrumb ("Layouts - Terminology") instead of the parent (top) page ""Ubuntu User Interface Toolkit"
