Title:
  Add colour tints to UbuntuColors

Status in Ubuntu UI Toolkit:
  Triaged
Status in “ubuntu-ui-toolkit” package in Ubuntu:
  Triaged

Bug description:
Canonical suggests using tints on this page:
  https://design.ubuntu.com/brand/colour-palette

  They link to this chart:
  http://design.ubuntu.com/wp-content/uploads/ubuntu-colour-tints.png
This chart is not accurate, so you can not use an eyedrop color grabbing tool on it.

I went ahead and compiled my own list; I would like these colours added to the Library, perhaps as a function.
  https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1KgHLiZ09yBtKkD7iLreHdOMcuyUVcEMxpmkXTqLw_KM/edit#gid=0

The tool I used to come to these values was here:
  http://www.color-hex.com/color/dd4814

The reason why this is needed is three fold:
  a) It replaces the raw hex values in the code with a library that is more descriptive, improving code readability.
  b) It would settle the tint hex values.
  c) It would make theming easier.
