[ListItems.Subtitled] If subText is empty, text is not vertically

Bug description:
When subText in ListItems.Subtitled is empty, the text should be
  vertically centered.

This is useful for example for Browsers where the content is
generated/fetched dynamically and it is not known if there will be
data for the subtitle at implementation time.

This is an example you can see how it looks.
