  WebKit segfaults when changing to a ConditionalLayout

Status in “ubuntu-ui-toolkit” package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  If WebKit's WebView widget is not visble when changing to a
  ConditionalLayout, it will cause the app to segfault.
