  Picker needs an autopilot custom proxy object

Status in “ubuntu-ui-toolkit” package in Ubuntu:
  Triaged

Bug description:
  We need an autopilot helper for pickers. It must provide a method to select a value from the picker.
  We currently have a date picker, so this helper should become the base for that one.
