  If custom theme is not found, autopilot tests should bail out, as they
  will fail

Bug description:
  Currently in the touch_custom test suite, the ubuntuuitoolkit hangs
  because it has trouble finding the theme (due to the way autopilot
  launches the tests).  The tests should already be not running if the
  theme is not found
