[Bug 1396208] Re: Pressing volume key doesn't restore full screen brightness
I think so, yeah, any interaction with the phone should reset the dim
timer. But agree this needs design ACK.
One reason for this is that (see bug #1291458), volume keys should only
work for music, really, if the screen is off (IMO).

Steps to reproduce
1. Let device sit idle until the screen dims (not off, just dim)
2. Press a volume up/down button
Expected behavior: Screen returns to full brightness
Actual Behavior: No change in brightness
