  [Vivid] Printer does not start

Status in “cups” package in Ubuntu:

Bug description:
  Hallo
   everytime I run a print it does not succeed, the icon appear on the panel but nothing more, I've to manually unplug-replug the printer to make the print job starting. I run apport with the print launched and before unplug-replug the printer, so during the bug
