Mh, I've given a try to VisualBoyAdvance but I can't reproduce this, do

Bug description:
  in Ubuntu 14.10, Window contents go out of position (not centered
  properly), and it affects several applications on my system (such as
  chromium/chrome, several emulators [such as visualboyadvance and
  fceux], and processing to name a couple
