  I Should be able to download things even if there is no app that can
  handle the content

Bug description:
  It is impossible to download content that does not use the content-
  hub.

  I might browse the web download something that i want to use on my pc
  for later but the content-hub appears and I am not allowed to download
  my content.

  Tried with some .pdf file .gba etc.
