  Side-scrolling switcher switches in "wrong" direcion.

Bug description:
  If you side scroll on the unity switcher (probably using a touchpad),
  the switcher responds by going in the opposite direction to the way
  you scrolled.

  How to reproduce:

  Press Alt,and tap Tab.
  Side-scroll.
  Observe problem with switcher direction.
