Guake should not appear on the launcher. Fixed in 14.04+

  Guake has no tooltip, unlike other apps in the launcher

Bug description:
  unity 5.8.0-0ubuntu2, Ubuntu Pangolin

  1. In Ubuntu Software Center, install Guake Terminal.
  2. Once it has installed, mouse over its launcher tile.

  What happens: Nothing.

  What should happen: either
  * Guake should have the tooltip "Guake Terminal", or
  * other applications in the launcher shouldn't have tooltips either.
