This denial is harmless and apps still can generate the cached files.
This is a duplicate of bug #1381620

Title:
[webapp-container] apparmor denies access to QML cache
Status in Web Browser App:
Triaged
Status in apparmor-easyprof-ubuntu package in Ubuntu:
New
Bug description:
While using the Twitter webapp, Alan noticed the following messages in
syslog:
[Mon Dec 1 07:07:54 2014] type=1400 audit(1417426476.230:153): apparmor="DENIED" operation="open" profile="com.ubuntu.developer.webapps.webapp-twitter_webapp-twitter_1.0.21" name="/home/phablet/.cache/QML/Apps/" pid=22634 comm="webapp-containe" requested_mask="r" denied_mask="r" fsuid=32011 ouid=32011
[Mon Dec 1 07:07:56 2014] type=1400 audit(1417426477.740:154): apparmor="DENIED" operation="open" profile="com.ubuntu.developer.webapps.webapp-twitter_webapp-twitter_1.0.21//oxide_helper" name="/sys/devices/system/cpu/" pid=22719 comm="oxide-renderer" requested_mask="r" denied_mask="r" fsuid=32011 ouid=0
The webapp was still functional, but probably not taking advantage of
the new QML cache.
