[Bug 1373019] Re: Youtube scope won't let me choose google account

Alan, the Youtube scope will never ask you to authorise access to an
account you hadn't already allowed Youtube to access before.

Youtube isn't just enabled by default under a Google account, so either:
* You logged into that particular account from the log-in button in the scope,
* you enabled Youtube under that account in settings,
* or you had that account selected in the combobox when first asked "Allow" / "Don't Allow".

The combobox I'm talking about is the one that pops up when you hit the
log-in button from the scope with Youtube disabled under all Google
accounts. (You can try this by disabling Youtube under all Google
accounts in settings, then hitting the log-in button from the scope).
