Bug description:
  Ubuntu 12.04 Precise with ppa:unity-team/sru (Intel, Radeon)

  Issue: When an application is opened using launcher in monitor 2 it
  opens in monitor 1. This happens when Super +number is used to open an
  application. In my example, this happened repeatedly with Nautilus and
  Gedit.

  Test steps:
  - Ensure launcher placement is set to "All Displays"
  - On monitor 1, Press Super
  - Hold Super and press any number
  - On mintor 2, press Super
  - Hold super and press anu number
  - Observe
