oneiric has seen the end of its life and is no longer receiving any
updates. Marking the oneiric task for this ticket as "Won't Fix".

Bug description:
  After arriving in Dublin, indicator-datetime didn't prompt to change
  timezone.  I confirmed the xml returned from
  http://geoip.ubuntu.com/lookup looks good and running ubuntu-geoip-
  provider manually displays the correct location.  But the indicator
  doesn't seem to get a signal that the timezone has changed.
