[Bug 1164470] Re: Libindicator should pass platform-data when launching application shortcuts

 

raring has seen the end of its life and is no longer receiving any
updates. Marking the raring task for this ticket as "Won't Fix".

Bug description:
  When launching an application shortcuts with g_app_info_launch we
  should pass to it also the Context so that the platform-data could be
  passed to the launched application.

  Side effect of this, is that some applications launched from unity
  quicklists are not focused correctly due to compiz focus stealing
  prevention mechanism
