Bug description:
  Description autopilot vis does not display utf-8 property values

  Steps:
  1. open a terminal and run: autopilot launch zenity --question --title ريموت
  2. run autopilot vis
  3. view root/GtkDialog property value for title

  Expected result:
  title is ريموت or worse: '\xd8\xb1\xd9\x8a\xd9\x85\xd9\x88\xd8\xaa'

  Actual result:
  title is blank

  
  Additional info:
  If you use d-feet to view the /Root/GtkDialog you can see the title property is '\xd8\xb1\xd9\x8a\xd9\x85\xd9\x88\xd8\xaa'

  if you run  'autopilot launch zenity --question --title test_title'
  the title of test_title will appear for the title property in
  autopilot vis
