Title:
[inversemousearea] InverseMouseArea doesn’t work when inside a QML
  Window element

Status in Ubuntu UI Toolkit:
  Fix Released
Status in ubuntu-ui-toolkit package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Released
Status in ubuntu-ui-toolkit source package in Raring:
  Won't Fix

Bug description:
See the attached QML file to observe the issue (run in qmlscene):
clicking anywhere inside the bottom half of the window should turn the
red rectangle green, but it doesn’t.

Replacing "Window" by "Item" makes it work, so it looks like
InverseMouseArea doesn’t play well with the Window element.
