Title:
  Dark squares of the same time appears at the left side of sceen

Bug description:
  Squares are dark, I think I is connected with dark theme I use (Boje Greyscale).
  Squares appears randomly, but frequently enough, and always near left edge.
  Attached file shows how it looks like.
  I'm ready to make some checks to define what is the source of it.
  One more detail - square disappears on mouse over or (sometimes, not always) at changing of active desktop (I'm using 3D Cube plugin with rotating).
  I can even record video - just to speed up solving of this annoying bug.
