Title:
  reboot instead of shut down after suspend

Bug description:
  Ubuntu 13.04 64bit on Lenovo T430u

  The computer reboots instead of shutting down when issued the "shut
  down" command (both from terminal and gui)  after waking up from
  suspend. If no suspend had intervened the computer powers off
  normally.
