Suddenly now it works.

An Alsa package update?

I have not tested well before?

I have no idea.

But now it works.

After getting the sound work in configuration test, I also needed to install sound plugins:
  sudo apt-get install libasound2-plugins:i386

To make the sound work also in firefox and Chrome.
