Title:
  Software center: while installing a graphical application icon does
  not appear in launcher

Bug description:
  When installing an application with Software Center,  the icon for the installing application does appear on the Launcher while you are intalling it appears in the launcher only after having finished install (I tried to install inkscape and cheese).
