Title:
Apps locked to launcher aren't remembered correctly

Status in Unity:
  Incomplete
Status in unity package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
I unzipped Pycharm 2.6 to ~/Local/pycharm2.6, and ran the script that
starts the app. It created a window and an icon in the launcher
correctly, which I locked to the launcher. When I close Pycharm and
click the icon it launches it correctly. So far so good.

Next I unzipped Pycharm 2.7 to ~/Local/pycharm2.7. I unlocked the old
icon from the launcher and started Pycharm 2.7. I locked the Pycharm
2.7 icon to the launcher. And closed Pycharm. So far everything is
  correct.

However, if I now click the Pycharm 2.7 launcher icon, it actually
  launches Pycharm 2.6! Wtf?
