Looks like 1002246, but that's marked as fixed. Which version of comiz
are you running?

Bug description:
  When the monitor is disconnected I still have windows that are indicated as on a different desktop, but in fact they are on the same desktop. 
  This doesn't change until I close and reopen them :/
