  Manage Dash allows to unfavourite all scopes and leave you with a

Bug description:
  Steps to repro:
  * bottom swipe in dash
  * unfavourite all scopes
  * press <

  Expected:
  * forbid unfavouriting a single default Scope (Apps)

  The same can happen if you uninstall the only remaining favourite
  scope, I believe we should lock the user in the Manage page.
