[Bug 1185419] Re: When muting my audio with "fn-3" completely to 0, keyboard and unity-panel are not responsive
13.04 is no longer supported. Can you reproduce this on 12.04 or 14.04
or 14.10?

Title:
When muting my audio with "fn-3" completely to 0, keyboard and unity-
panel are not responsive
Status in Unity:
Incomplete
Status in unity package in Ubuntu:
Incomplete
Bug description:
(I am not completely sure if this is a unity bug or some keyboard
lib/app)
After my volume was at a hundred, i muted it with "fn-3" keyboard function, and after that the "notify-send" package start blinking rapidly, and after that when i up my volume again it stops. Which result in me not able to typ any command in the gnome-terminal or any other application. plus the unity-panel is not droping down its menu's(Skype/system-monitor/diodon/dropbox)
and also i cant grab my opened windows, and move them around, i can close/maximize/minimize them, but cant move them around my screen. I am not able to fix this with "compiz --replace" command.
This happend to me before. I have no idea in which version of Ubuntu
that was anymore, but i reported a bug that i cant find anymore, it
was closed because it was inactive for to long and i seemed the only
when to having this issue?(i am running Ubuntu on a Toshiba
SATELLITE-L750) After that i assumed it might get fixed in newer
version of Ubuntu as i am running now 13.04(amd64) that is not the
case.
