Luiz Cantoni, thank you for reporting this and helping make Ubuntu better. As per http://www.dell.com/support/home/us/en/19/product-support/product/inspiron-14-3442-laptop/drivers an update to your BIOS is available (A05). If you update to this following https://help.ubuntu.com/community/BIOSUpdate does it change anything?  If it doesn't, could you please both specify what happened, and provide the output of the following terminal command:
sudo dmidecode -s bios-version && sudo dmidecode -s bios-release-date

  Nvidia 820M operating in a high temperature

  Laptop: DELL Inspiron 3000 Series I14-3442-A40 (Core i5)

  GPU: Nvidia 820M (2GB 64 bits)

  Nvidia Driver: 331.38

  Description:	Ubuntu 14.04.1 LTS
  Release:	14.04

  Problem: My GPU temperature is reaching 90-93 degrees Celsius (°C) and
  the fan is always operating in the maximum rpm

  If I change to the Intel integrated graphics the problem doesn't
  happen and the processor operates in 62 degrees Celsius (°C)

  After noting this behavior my Ubuntu was updated. The NVIDIA Driver
  now is 331.113. I'm playing now and my temperature is 88 degrees
  Celsius (°C).
