[Bug 1397065] Re: package dbus 1.8.8-1ubuntu2.1 failed to install/upgrade: subprocess installed post-installation script returned error exit status 1
AFAIK this was caused by the proprietary Cisco AnyConnect VPN client I
had installed. I unstinatlled it (sudo
/opt/cisco/vpn/bin/vpn_uninstall.sh), updraded the packages without a
hitch and reinstalled the VPN client. It seems to have worked perfectly.
