It's the task scope and I couldn't observe it anywhere else. It's the
only scope where I use the pull down update function.

Yes, it survives the reboot.  
Yesterday I opened a task which is still missing on the scope - even after a reboot.

What else information do you need? Any log or so?..

  [Dash] pull down updating doen't work

  Incomplete

Bug description:
  Hello,

  I'm not sure if it is app relatet but it seems to be a system error.
  It worked with rtm10 and doesn't with rtm11 anymore.

  When I pull down the task scope it should update the list but it
  doesn't. Meanwhile the scope/screen flickers for a moment.
