  [html5 applications] deprecate the use of the ubuntu-html5-launcher-

  As you can see here:

  one line of work that should land soonish, is to try to deprecate the
  html5-launcher in favor of using the webapp-container to run local
  html5 apps.

  The associated apparmor policies should be updated accordingly.
