* Make sure Apps are not un-favorited. Unity8 will prohibit this as
well, this is for extra safety. (LP: #1400762)

Manage Dash allows to unfavourite all scopes and leave you with a
blank page
Status in Ubuntu UX bugs:

Status in unity-scopes-shell package in Ubuntu:
Fix Released
Status in unity8 package in Ubuntu:
In Progress
Bug description:
Steps to repro:
* bottom swipe in dash
* unfavourite all scopes
* press <
Expected:
* forbid unfavouriting a single default Scope (Apps)
The same can happen if you uninstall the only remaining favourite
scope, I believe we should lock the user in the Manage page.
