  Workspace Switcher should directly display the selected one

Bug description:
  The actual Workspace Switcher icon , when a workspace is clicked (aka 1/2/3/...), call & display the activated workspaces; then a second  click is needed to display the desired workplace.
  As the WW icon is already displaying the (4) workspaces, it should be easier to have a "one click" shot to get the selected workspace. Maybe a configurable choice with unity-tweak-tool is also desirable.
