   - Add WarningLevel and IconName properties to all devices (Bastien Nocera)

   - Enforce critical battery policy on the daemon side (Bastien Nocera)

  Bugfixes:
   - Reduce client-side and daemon-side wake-ups (Bastien Nocera)
