Title:
  Scrollbar is basically invisible on dark coloured backgrounds

Status in ubuntu-ui-toolkit package in Ubuntu:

Bug description:
  See attached image.

  Obviously a scrollbar should be unobtrusive on a mobile platform, but
  this isn't unobtrusive, it's invisible. I had to look very very hard
  to be sure it was even there at all. This surely can't be the design
  goal; if so, why have a scrollbar at all?
