  UI tearing after using the camera on mako

Bug description:
  On mako revno 12 of the stable channel (ubuntu part 20141218),

  If you open the camera either through the camera through any
  application that enables the sensor, after using it, swipes on screen
  (dash, scopes, apps) produce tearing.
