Reproducible GPU hang on loading a page in Firefox

Bug description:
Screen blanks out when trying to view a page in Firefox. Happened
randomly a few minutes ago and I can recreate it just by opening
firefox again. Nothing wakes the screen (laptop and external) and I
have to hard reset every time.
