Just re-tested this, the credentials are only not remembered if you
login with your canonical account. They seem to be cached if you use a
regular gmail account

  Steps to reproduce:
  - Launch G+ webapp
  - login
  - use the app
  - close the app
  - relaunch the app

  Expected results:
  - should not be prompted to login again

  Actual results:
  - are prompted to login again
