Bug description:
  [regression] demo-shell: Instead of moving surfaces they now fly off-
  screen.

  Test case: Start demo shell and a client. Try to drag it using Alt+drag.
  Expected: Surface moves with the mouse.
  Observed: Surface flies off-screen.
